AutoGrade in the Student App

When a student receives an AutoGrade assignment, the flow is the same as any other type of assignment.  Students can review takes and submit their favorite, chat with the teacher, etc as they would on any other type of assignment.

When first opening AutoGrade, students are asked to tune.  This confirms their mic is picking up sound appropriately and helps them identify that they may have issues with with their intonation that could cause a lower score potentially.

Below we see an assignment screen, tuning and the interface students see when viewing an AutoGrade assignment.

Students will default to their instrument when they open the assignment in the MuseClass app, but are free to change parts using the AutoGrade interface at any time.

Currently, AutoGrade can only be used for assessment and students are only able to interact with it to complete assignments. A future update will allow students to more freely interact with AutoGrade as a practice tool.
