Open a class and select "Gradebook" from the left-hand menu.
Select the title of the assignment you're looking to provide feedback on.
On the left of the assignment you can choose which student's submission you would like to review.
On the right of the assignment you can add a grade, comments, and/or a live audio recording for feedback.
Selecting the "Submit" button will push the grade to the Gradebook.
Students can navigate to the "Graded" tab of the app and open the assignment from there to see their grade. They can then switch to the "Chat" tab of the assignment to access any feedback you've provided in comments and/or audio recordings.
